- Fitness Data: Workout logs, exercise sets, personal records, body measurements, progress photos, and nutrition logs that you voluntarily enter.
- Health Data: If you connect Apple Health or similar services, we may read workout and activity data with your explicit permission. We never write to or modify your health data.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience.

- To provide and maintain the SquadLift service
- To track your workouts, nutrition, and fitness progress
- To generate personalized AI coaching recommendations
- To enable social features (Squad challenges, leaderboards) with your consent

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and cloud infrastructure. We use Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. Progress photos and files are stored in secure, access-controlled storage buckets.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (Stripe) to handle subscriptions
- AI service providers to deliver coaching features (no personally identifiable data is shared)
- Law enforcement if required by law

- Correct inaccurate data through your profile settings
- Delete your data (via Settings → Delete Account, with a 30-day grace period)

7. Cookies & Local Storage
SquadLift does not use third-party tracking cookies. We use your browser's localStorage to cache data for offline access, store your preferences, and improve performance. You can clear all locally stored data at any time through your browser's settings.
8. Children's Privacy
SquadLift is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
